Certificate Issuance
The British English and Cultural Center (CCB) informs students that certificates for its regular courses are issued automatically after the end of each academic semester. When they are available for collection, an announcement is posted on the website (www.culturabritanica.ufc.br). Please follow the procedures below:
- The students who completed courses before the 2021.1 semester must must visit the CCB registrar’s office in person, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. or between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m, bringing a photo ID, No appointment is required. The certificates may be collected by a third party upon presentation of the student’s original photo ID.
- The students who completed courses during the 2021.1 and 2021.2 academic semesters must submit a request by email (ccbsecretaria@ufc.br), providing their full name, course level (A1, A2, B1, B2 or C1), and semester of completion. The certificate will be sent to the student’s email address in PDF format.
- The certificates for students who completed courses from the 2022.1 semester onward are available on the PREX platform. Students will be notified by email after the certificate has been issued.|
- To access your certificate, log in at: https://sistemasprex.ufc.br/certificados/app_LoginIf this is your first access, both your username and password are your CPF number, entered without periods or hyphens. We recommend changing your password after your first login.
